Open the file and click «Install».

Which versions of After Effects are supported?

After Effects 2022 and newer, on macOS and Windows.

The system warns me during installation

On a Mac, open «System Settings → Privacy & Security» and click «Open Anyway». On Windows, in the SmartScreen window click «More info» → «Run anyway».

The plugin didn't show up in After Effects

Quit After Effects completely and open it again — plugins load at startup. If that doesn't help, run the installer once more.

How do I update?

When a new version is out, an «Update» button appears in the plugin. Your projects and settings stay where they are.

What is ZXP?

The standard Adobe extension format — for those who install plugins by hand, for example with ZXP Installer. If you're not sure, take the installer for your system.

Will a project open for someone without the plugin?

Yes. Everything our plugins make is plain After Effects layers and effects.
