Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Apple Style by rx.hybrid and rxhybrid.uz, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we need to run the product.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Ramziddin Gofurjonov, individual entrepreneur (IP Gofurjonov R.), Republic of Uzbekistan, trading as rx.hybrid. Contact: ramzikr100@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account: from Google or Telegram when you sign in — your account ID, name, username and email (if provided).
• Devices: the computers you use the Plugin on — operating system, After Effects and Plugin versions, a device identifier and when it was last seen. This is how the licence and the two-device limit work.
• Usage: which templates and tools you add, sign-ins and the days you used the Plugin — to keep Pro working, check refund eligibility, count referrals and improve the product.
• Payments: handled by Paddle. We receive your name, email, country, plan and subscription status — never your card number.
• Support: what you send us when you write to us.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the Plugin and your account, and to check your plan and devices (contract).
• To process subscriptions, renewals, refunds, referrals and promo codes (contract).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service secure and understand which features are used (legitimate interests).
• To send you service messages — receipts, trial and renewal reminders, account notices — by email or through our Telegram bot. Marketing messages only if you agree, and you can opt out any time.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers that run the service for us: Paddle (payments, as Merchant of Record), Hetzner (our servers, in the EU), Google and Telegram (sign-in, and Telegram for bot messages if you use it). We may disclose data when the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Our servers are in the European Union and our team is in Uzbekistan; your data may be processed in both and wherever our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

Account and usage data for as long as your account exists and up to 24 months after you stop using it; payment records as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your account erases the rest.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. Write to ramzikr100@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The website and the Plugin store only what is needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Plugin is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We'll update this page when our practices change and tell you about significant changes.
