Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Apple Style by rx.hybrid, a plugin for Adobe After Effects, and the website rxhybrid.uz. By creating an account, installing the plugin or buying a subscription you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Apple Style (“the Plugin”) is made and sold by Ramziddin Gofurjonov, individual entrepreneur (IP Gofurjonov R.), Republic of Uzbekistan, trading as rx.hybrid (“we”, “us”). Contact: ramzikr100@gmail.com.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Telegram. One account is for one person: don't share it. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Free and Pro

The free plan includes a selection of templates and tools at no cost. Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the full catalogue, including new templates as they are released. Pro is billed monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($45); current prices are on the Pricing page and may include local taxes. What the free plan and Pro include can change over time.

4. Free trial

New accounts can try Pro free for 7 days, once per person. No card is needed for the trial, and it ends by itself; Pro continues only if you subscribe.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or from the link in your Paddle receipt; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not charged again.

If a renewal payment fails, Pro may be paused until payment succeeds. If we change prices, the new price applies from your next period after we tell you, never to a period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your licence

While your plan is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Plugin and its templates on up to two computers.

You may use what you make with it — videos, graphics, client work — for personal and commercial purposes, and it stays yours to use after your subscription ends. Projects you have already built keep working; you just can't add new Pro templates without an active plan.

You may not: resell, share or redistribute the Plugin, its templates or its files on their own (including as templates, presets or packs); share your account; bypass the licence check or the device limit; or reverse-engineer the Plugin except where the law allows it.

8. Referrals and promo codes

We may run referral programmes, promotions and promo codes under the rules we publish for them. Rewards are time-limited Pro access, never cash unless a partner agreement says otherwise. We may refuse, cancel or claw back rewards obtained by abuse — self-referrals, fake accounts or chargebacks — and may change or end a programme at any time.

9. The service

Pro needs an internet connection from time to time to check your licence; without one it keeps working for up to 3 days. We work to keep the Plugin and its updates available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every template will work with every version of After Effects.

10. Intellectual property

The Plugin, its code, templates, previews and branding belong to us. Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; Apple is a trademark of Apple Inc. rx.hybrid is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Adobe or Apple — “Apple Style” describes a look, not a connection.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The Plugin is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Ending your access

You can stop using the Plugin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the Plugin or by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in.
